Tollona Javio was the commander of the top secret Peacekeeper research base hidden deep within the uncharted territories. It was his responsibility to make sure the station ran smoothly and that the critical work that Scorpius was conducting was uninterrupted. In the end all Javio really turned out to be was a puppet to Scorpius. Javio was an evil man who was consumed with his own power and need for more. As the Commander of the base he was in the position of power he had always hoped for. When Crichton and Chiana came on the base looking for medical assistance for Aeryn they came into contact with Javio who soon took a strong liking to Chiana. In fact, it was |

| only hours after their arrival that he was trying to use his power and position to gain Chiana's interest. He even made an offer to Chiana to remain on the base with him in exchange for payment. After Scorpius revealed Crichton to be a fake and he had been taken into custody, Javio began an intense search of the station trying to locate Chiana. During that time he also assisted Scorpius with the torture of Crichton and contacted Crais to alert him to Crichton's capture. It was not until Chiana tried to leave the station that Javio was able to find her. During their final confrontation Javio was killed by Chiana. |
